We're hiring: Area Sales Manager/Field Force Manager
Location: New office, district 6, HCM

+ Sales & Marketing growth
Evaluate the potential of existing products/services and propose the development of new offerings aligned with growth strategies.
Searching for and developing potential customers
Negotiate and close collaborative agreements and business contracts that bring added value and drive growth.
Develop and execute detailed business growth plans to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.
Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to achieve their targets.
Collaborate closely with the others team (marketing, product, logistic) to ensure strategies are implemented synchronously and effectively.
Building and promoting the brand
Market and competitor research
+ Customer service
Develop and optimize new distribution channels, expanding customer reach and growing the customer base.
Ensure the team understands and adheres to company sales and customer service processes.
+ Logistics aspect
Conduct in-depth analysis and seek innovative solutions to optimize logistics costs (transportation, warehousing, labor, customs procedures).
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Closely monitor key growth metrics (revenue, profit, market share, channel efficiency, etc.).
Prepare regular reports on strategy effectiveness and propose necessary adjustments.
Utilize data to make strategic decisions and optimize operations.
+ Leadership & Team Management:
Focus on team building & development
Foster cross-functional Collaboration2/Key Requirements
> 5 years of experience in roles related to Business Development, Marketing, Logistic management, or Growth Hacking, with a preference for experience in retail, e-commerce, or specifically the Hardware and Home Appliances, electronics.
