We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as a LIVE Operations Manager. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for livestreaming native operations: setting guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with native content providers, building a "Live+" ecosystem through establishing good collaborative relationships with native brands or companies.
  • Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, social hot issues.
  • Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improve on user retention, consumption rate and ARPU value through management of user's life cycle.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Strong communication and written skills in Vietnam language & English, able to work in an international and diverse environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Capable in multi-tasking, taking initiatives and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
  • Exposure in Tech & Media industry is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of trending topics & social content products.
  • Experience in data analysis work is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen in emerging industries.
  • Hunger for ideas, can-do attitude.
