- Assist the Line Manager in writing and reviewing/updating with related functions on relevant quality specifications, testing methods, procedures/ work instructions in the area of expertise.
- Coordinate with related functions and parties to ensure the implementation for preparing and collecting all necessary documents, product information for product license and certificate application.
- Understand the local HS Codes and import regulation, support on HS code checking files.
- Keep track and verify documents in terms of legalized templates, product information when customs brokers/ consultants prepare the quality applications (self-product declaration, CR Textile , CR Toy, CR Electrical..)
- Record and maintain data report, tracking status report for licenses/ certificates applications at SKU level.
- Verify importer labels' content for all new regulated products at SKU level with suppliers.
- Handle translation for product description, importer label or follow up notarized translation with Translation service (if needed)
- Prepare and proceed payments to importers/ consultants for license, certificate application service fee and product testing fee.
- Stay updated with updated / revised product compliance rules & regulations and provide input on the impact of change of regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation to demonstrate compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of regulatory inspections form the GovernmentEducation/ Học vấn:
Bachelor degree in any related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience/ Kinh nghiệm:
05+ years of experience in local regulations/legislations relating Food Storage Containers/ Food
Knowledge/ Kiến thức:
- Good understanding of local regulations and compliance obligations for import and HS codes knowledge .
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Quality management systems is a plus, e.g. QCVN ; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 9001, ISO 22000...
- Understanding of regulations and standards affecting products of MrDIY
Foreign language/ Ngoại ngữ: English is preferred

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Good logical and Critical thinking
- Proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft office application (MS Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
