Mô Tả Công Việc
1. KOL Management:
• Enhance the communication between users and improve stickiness, activity and loyalty of the user group,
build up a positive community and incremental of contents.
• Source and review for the right influencers match for each campaign.
• Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with KOLs.
• Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met.
• Develop content plannings and review creative and KOL content.
• Identify and evaluate suitable livestream platforms, including TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and
others, to reach the target audience effectively.
• Ensure optimal communication within the campaign teams at all stages of the campaign.
• Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on-set productions.
• Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance.
• Stay updated on technology trends, social media, and the Influencer Marketing landscape.
2. Livestream Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute livestream sessions to promote and sell products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of livestreams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer questions, and provide real-time engagement during
livestream sessions.
• Monitor and analyze livestream metrics, such as viewership, engagement, and sales conversions, to identify
areas for improvement and optimize future livestreams.
• Executing performance reviews and campaign reporting for brands.
3. Social Media Management:
• Plan social media calendar by mapping campaign slots for total Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
• Roll out content by briefing creatives, content execution, QC creative works, post schedule.
• Work with creative to create new ideas, direct creative to translate social trends/ social ideas into practical
concept and social posts.
• Support in community management on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok by replying comments, inbox.
• Keep update with the social trends to adapt and quick action for brands.
4. Reporting and Others:
• Make report, key learning and next steps.
• Perform other specialized tasks as required by the job and leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Good working knowledge and having at least 2 years experience of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing.
• Experienced in handling Influencer Marketing Campaign and Strategic Partnerships.
• Experience in the beauty/ FMCG industry/ KOL agency is a plus.
• Strong network with influencers with good account management skills.
• Good Vietnamese & English in oral and written. Excellent active listening skills.
• A strong personality who able to work individually and within a team.
• Adaptability & excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Good working knowledge and having at least 2 years experience of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing.
