Principal Accountabilities:

1. Factory audit coordination (50%)

1) Lead to do internal QC checking and prepare for 3rd party’s quality audit for big retailers in North America.

2) Refine Process Control files and follow up execution.

3) Manage QC team to finish daily reports to meet retailer’s requirements.

4) Work with multiple functional teams to accomplish audit’s requirements.

5) Train QC team for all QC control methods, including measurement, incoming material inspections, inline inspections and final inspections, etc.

6) Coordinate to finish testing required (Salt Spray, loading, transit and incoming material test) and maintain all test reports.

2. Factory quality control (30%)

1) Lead QC team to follow up production quality control.

2) Coordinate customer inspection and submit CAP as required.

3. Drive quality improvement (20%)

1) Improve our own factory’s quality level.

2) Drive to improve components quality from subcontractors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Experience in manufacturing Quality control in factory, including coordinating 3rd party’s quality audit from factory’s side.

2. Have experience in factory quality control process system, including setting up system and completing related files.

3. Familiar with production related testing in house and 3rd party product test, coping with customer inspection, etc.

4. Must have factory working experience and have factory quality audit preparation experience.

5. Team work spirit.

6. Can speak either Chinese or English.

7. Familiar with office Word, Excel, etc.

8. High motivation to do a good job in factory quality control, and willing to face challenges in factory audit.  

9. High integrity, responsible, honest, hardworking.

10. Open minded and can adapt to changes.

11. Communicate proactively. 

12. Take ownership of self-development.
