You’ll join a passionate and collaborative design team dedicated to enhancing spaces that enrich people's lives. You'll collaborate with clients, internal design teams, suppliers, and contractors to bring your assigned projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful design projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your creativity and attention to detail will truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed floorplans, mood boards, and visual presentations using SketchUp, Canva, or other design tools.
• Manage FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) orders across various suppliers and locations, ensuring timely delivery and coordination.
• Plan and design interior layouts, colour palettes, furniture, and fixtures for both new builds and refurbishments.
• Develop project documentation, design proposals, and cost estimates aligned with available budgets.
• Liaise with park managers, development teams, and external builders to ensure seamless project execution—even when working remotely.
• Coordinate and track procurement activities, supplier quotes, and inventory for assigned projects.
• Produce conceptual sketches, renderings, and design illustrations to communicate visual concepts clearly.
• Participate in internal and client-side meetings to present ideas and gather feedback.
• Use Excel to support budget tracking, order summaries, and cost breakdowns.
  
  
  

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in interior design, ideally within residential, hospitality, or community-based environments.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Canva preferred; open to candidates with skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Competent Excel skills for basic budgeting and cost tracking.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and an understanding of practical space planning.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a collaboration model.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of design materials, construction documentation, and procurement coordination is advantageous.
