1. Objective of the function:• Provide quality technical service to brands and customer, support Sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of Amann offer by conducting the technical training, seminar, thread and sewing condition recommendation, technical onsite support to Amann's customer2. Main responsibilities: • Managing technical support in sewing and embroidery solutions• Conducting thread & machine audit, training programs, workshops, consumption analysis, coming under Amann sewing & embroidery solutions• Promoting the Company top of the line products to customers by using the Technical Advisory Support concept.• Using high level of technical input to build very strong business relationships with development/ production/ quality assurance personnel in customer organization• Delivering technical presentations & conduct technical seminars to key customers as well as brands in order to build a strong image for Amann technical services • Supporting new product launch and penetration in the market place• Day to day interaction with the sales person to ensure that everybody works in the same goals.• Advising complaint handling guidance/ assistance for the sales/ QA whenever required• Training the sales team on the technicalities of threads, machine applications • Manage & maintain lab equipment (Sewing & Embroidery machine)3. Applied rules, regulations, authorities:Amann Group Code of ConductCompany policies and regulations• University degree/college in garment/textile or related field.• At least 5-year experience in garment/textile, leather & shoes industry or related industry with experience in product development, production. • Computer, Microsoft words and excel skill • Experience in Leather & Shoes industry is plus• Fluently in communication & negotiation skill (both English & Vietnamese)• Chinese speaking is plus • Willing to travel (Vietnam or oversea)Performance bonus, other benefits according to Company policy
