Position: Senior Officer of Card Business Planning and Management

Job Description

Card Business Planning:

• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop strategies and business plans for card/payment activities (including credit cards, debit cards, ATMs, POS).
• Conduct market analysis and assess consumer trends to adjust business plans accordingly.

Business Performance Management:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of card/payment products, analyzing metrics related to scale and efficiency for each operation.
• Compile periodic analytical reports and propose methods to optimize business performance.

Supervision and Reporting of Task Implementation:

• Work closely with the Card Center units to implement and oversee card business plans.
• Provide regular reports on task implementation results to the Card Center management and propose solutions for any issues or delays during implementation.

Collaboration in Developing and Implementing Business Promotion Programs:

• Support and collaborate with relevant units in developing promotions and incentives to boost card sales and increase customer usage.
• Support and collaborate with relevant units in developing incentive programs to encourage business activities at branches.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial management, business management, or card business planning at banks or financial institutions.
• Strong data analysis and processing skills, strategic thinking, and planning abilities.
• Professional skills in content creation and slide design for presenting business plans and performance reports to senior management and relevant units.
• Proficient in English, especially in communication with international partners, reading specialized documents, and presenting reports in English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with experience and understanding of card products, the card market, and legal regulations related to card products are preferred.
