JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Italian Business Development Representative to join our
team and help us maintain and expand our impressive growth rate with our new lock-screen solution product. This is designed to make Android phone screens more enjoyable by featuring reliable and trustworthy media content from around the world. Reporting to the Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our partnership base in emerging markets. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and help us continue to achieve success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Expand partnerships with publications in emerging markets, particularly in Italy.
- Research markets, identify potential partners, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships to extend their reach.
- Follow an outreach strategy, prospecting process, and tracking system to monitor and track leads.
- Deliver sales pitches to local stakeholders to cultivate relationships and promote the content syndication program.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content and product managers, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Monitor content usage to ensure that it is properly tracked and follows syndication standards.
- Prepare sales pitch materials, website and blog content to raise awareness about the lockscreen solution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, partnerships or a related field, preferably in the advertising and marketing industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English and Italian communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content distribution and syndication, as well as media industry trends and best practices.

Được thành lập vào năm 2013 bởi Bác sĩ Hiroaki Ishimatsu sau nhiều năm làm việc tại bệnh viện. Ông cảm nhận sâu sắc về sự phức tạp và kém hiệu quả của việc hợp tác đa ngành nghề trong các cơ sở y tế và muốn tạo ra một "công cụ" giao tiếp có thể cộng tác dễ dàng hơn. Khi quá trình phát triển ngày càng phát triển, các vấn đề liên lạc không còn giới hạn ở các bệnh viện mà liên quan đến nhiều bên liên quan hơn trong lĩnh vực chăm sóc sức khỏe, nói cách khác, chúng tôi nhận ra sứ mệnh của mình là tạo ra cơ sở hạ tầng cho ngành chăm sóc sức khỏe để nâng cao hiệu quả và an toàn.
Là một phần trong quá trình phát triển kinh doanh của chúng tôi, kể từ tháng 2 năm 2020 Dr.JOY Việt Nam đã được ra mắt thành công với đội ngũ 30 thành viên tại Hà Nội.
