1. Monitor debts and manage debts arising in the month of assigned regional agents. Support the accounting department to check monthly reports
2. Receive orders from assigned regional dealers and coordinate with Sales Coordinators to deliver orders to dealers
3. Research, plan strategies, market development in the assigned area
4. Expand the market / find new dealers to market the company's products
5. Visit and support agents to sell the company's products
6. Receive requests from the dealers, investors and prepare quotes
7. Đảm bảo đạt được doanh số đã được giao/ Guaranteed to achieve the target sales
8. Deploy with dealers the Promotions and follow the plan approved by the superiors
9. Prepare reports as required from superiors and tasks related to market and sales
10. Develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the Company's goals and objectives
11. In charge of sales and searching for potential projects
12. Actively follow up/supervise the assigned projects by coordinating and cooperating with the sales support team to achieve a high rate of success in project bidding (if any)
13. Responsible for regularly updating project sales data, submitting reports on time and forecasting future potential project reports
14. Following and report monthly targets to Country Manager
