Summary of Position:

1. Perform machine troubleshooting particularly electrical, along with repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment

2. Source, evaluate and manage suppliers for machinery parts, components and maintenance services

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Troubleshooting & Repair
   • Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery, control panels, wiring and PLC systems.
   • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
   • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment/
   • Maintain maintenance records, including service logs, inspection checklists and repair reports.
3. Supplier Sourcing & Management
   • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for machine components, spare parts and maintenance services.
   • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and quality standards with vendors.
   • Maintain an updated supplier database and ensure timely procurement of critical spares.
4. Team Supervision & Coordination
   • Supervise technicians and provide technical guidance during repairs and installations.
   • Coordinate with the production team to prioritize maintenance activities based on production schedules.
   • Train the team on safe electrical practices and troubleshooting techniques.
5. Continuous Improvement & Compliance
   • Propose and implement improvements in electrical systems for efficiency and energy savings.
   • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
   • Monitor and report on energy consumption in line with factory objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification & Skills:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferable in a manufacturing environment
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical testing instruments, PLC troubleshooting, industrial automation
4. Experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation and supplier relationship management. 
5. Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills
