Mô tả công việc

• Supports in the organization of onboarding sessions for new employees, coordinating with the teams their attendance and regular performance.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow- up) to facilitate the hire of qualified candidates;
• Coordinates annual planning and supports in the management of employee welfare: team building, communication processes, activities.
• Assists in preparing and gathering information for the monthly payroll process.
• In charge of processing telephone, mail, and fax. Proactively organize the reception of partners and customers. Receive and manage dispatches, and documents of relevant departments.
• Promulgate documents on decentralization, authorization, and updating organizational structure, functions, and tasks of departments.
• Determine the usage norms of each department, organize the purchase, allocation, monitoring, preservation, and management of use,
• In charge of planning and monitoring internal and external training, training rules (internal), contributing ideas for development when required,
• Create charts, monthly expense statistics, and reports, and propose to the Head of the Department how to stabilize and reduce costs.
• Implements the internal vacancy postings.
• Keeps files in good order following the organization methodology defined, both physical and digital documents.
• Prepares documents related to the payments when necessary.
• Make a general list of monthly needs for equipment, tools, and stationery. Plan to purchase all types of supplies and equipment. Submit plans to the Head of the Department to repair and replace equipment and materials when encountering breakdowns.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors, Head of Department and report every week.
• Carry out procedures and contact state agencies to carry out office administrative activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education Background: College or Diploma
- HR Certification is a plus

- Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 years working experience in generalist HR or HRBP experience

Knowledge
- General knowledge of Human Resources Management.

- Good at time management and organization skills;

- Proficiency in MS Office tools;

- Proven experience in payroll, recruitment, training, employee surveys and employee engagement programs.

- Proven ability to read and understand reports/ survey feedback and come up with action plans
