Technical & Personnel Support – Provide technical guidance and management advice for the team.

Maintenance Planning – Plan, control, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance. Analyze causes and ensure proper repairs.
Team Management – Motivate staff, build safety and environmental awareness, and plan training programs.
Coordination – Work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and affiliates for equipment, spare parts, or manpower support.
Control Systems Projects
- Plan, coordinate, and adjust work to meet project targets.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure adequate tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies for timely project information.
System Repair & Improvement
- Repair hardware/software of DCS, MMI, SGS, PLC, interlock, and sequence systems.
- Improve configurations, sequences, wiring loop diagrams, graphics, and controls for higher efficiency.
System Maintenance
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Support plant shutdowns with preparation, planning, and control.
Data & Analysis
- Collect and analyze data on manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Summarize results, maintain records, and recommend improvements.
