HSE:

• Report, control Fire Flighting, Chemical, Labor Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and ISO matters.

HR & GA:

• Report and control in recruiting, training, and HR information.
• Assist in facilities management and working conditions for employees.
• Support in organizing internal events: vacation trip, GSV's family holiday, employee events,...
• Receptionist jobs and other administrative tasks when assigned.

GENERAL:

• Work with the Government and auditors about Labour and HSE matters.

• Graduated from University/College majoring inEnvironment/ Chemical Technology, Human Resources Management, Law or related fields.
• Have experience in the same position is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
