Mô tả công việc
- Design and implement comprehensive health and safety programs tailored to company operations.
- Develop and update safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety issues.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Ensure all staff are adequately trained in emergency response, accident prevention, and safe work practices.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit safety reports, compliance documents, and accident investigation reports as required.
- Other jobs as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 6 years of experience in the same position.
- Good English communication and teamwork abilities.
