• Cash physical management. Cash Daily pay/ receipt when incurred and record in cash book at ĐN (factory)
• Record cash transactions from Dong Nai, Ha Noi, Da Nang, HCM & send cash reports.
• Prepare and make cash count with other independent person in charges.
• Receive payment documents from all departments and proceed to create payment list for approval in Ecount software >> Make payment transactions at Shinhan Bank.
• Update the successful payment status to relevant departments. Record all bank payment transactions into Ecount software.
• Create new supplier/ adjust information (name, address, bank,..) when arising.
• Check Account 1388 (Other Receivable), 141 (Advance), 335 (Accrual), 3388 (Other Payable)
• Issue output VAT invoices (when HCM Office's Accounting Team are off).
• Allocate and book for prepaid expense when be required.
• Update and make monthly credit cards report.
• Recording inventory transaction (raw material, merchandise).
• Check import declarations documents >> Prepare tax documents and send to the bank.
• Reconcile account 152 (raw material) and 156 (merchandise) with the purchase books.
• Record logistics fee invoice.
• Allocate import tax/ import logistic fee/ import insurance fee to historical cost of inventory.
• Payment loan, interest of loan, FCT in Quarterly and booking arising expense into Ecount software.
• Submit monthly PIT, VAT, FCT Declaration and make Tax payment Slip in Dong Nai Tax Authority system when be required.
