Mô tả công việc
• Manage and develop existing agents by increasing the trade volume
• prepare quotations as requested by oversea or domestic agency
• To develop new services in company and search new customers use new services.
• To deal agency agreement with agents
• Handling project query, bidding query, ISO tank query, Bulk cargo query, SOC service , warehouse inquiries.
• Support internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipments completed to specifications and deadlines.
• Partner and build relationships with network.
• Submitted Monthly report to Manager
• Found new agents to expand company network develop businesses by sending inquiries of freehand shipments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, International Trade, Supply Chain (Logistics, Purchasing), Business Administration or equivalent
- Working experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 6-month experience in below task is a plus:
- Logistics accounting, cost control, billing verification
- Supply chain area (transportation, warehousing, purchasing)
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management
- Languages: English: Able to communicate at work
- Software Skills: SAP experience and Power Query,WORD, EXCEL
