Job Description

Development & Implementation

• Write, maintain, and test high-quality, efficient, and scalable code using .NET technologies.
• Translate software requirements into functional, maintainable code.
• Develop and implement unit tests and conduct thorough testing of all code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix software defects.
  
  

Design & Architecture

• Participate actively in design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Create and maintain detailed design documents.
• Adhere to software design principles such as SOLID and DDD.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Own unit test coverage and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
  
  

Teamwork & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in breaking down complex tasks into smaller, manageable sub-tasks.
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA).
• Proactively identify and report project risks and issues.
  
  

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS…)
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development: proficiency in Tech stack/language/framework Backend (.Net Core), Front-End (JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, HTML5 / CSS 3, SASS/LESS), Database (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), Web Server (Nginx/Apache), DevOps (Jenkins/Docker Compose/SonarQube/Docker Swarm/Gitlab).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with cloud-native development and deployment on Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with database design and development, preferably with experience in SQL Server..
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.
• Proficient English communication and writing.
