JOB OVERVIEW:
-This position is responsible for supporting the network and systems of stores and headquarters.
-To monitor and maintain the company computer (hardware, software) and solve technical problems
SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configuration/Maintenance/Monitoring the network system of the whole company
- Manage computers, technology equipment and software.
- Detect and resolve technical problems.
- To provide the support for Promotions for POS
- Continuously organize inspection and control of technical issues.
- Support users with technical issues related to software, hardware or computer applications
- Consulting and providing users with information about IT services.
- Handle technology related problems.
- Monitor problem resolution progress and receive user feedback to have appropriate solutions
- Provide ad hoc support to daily operation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A Bachelor degree in related field (Computer science, network engineering)
- Having CCNA and CCNP certifications is favorable
- Good English skill
- Technical, logical thought process
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines
- High integrity and hard working
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience in retail or in a MNC is favorable
- Having CCNA and CCNP certifications is favorable
