- Manage contract lifecycle (i.e. contract request, drafting and review, approvals, execution, storage, retrieval and renewal or termination)
- Cooperate with the sales department in contract negotiation with clients/partnersDraft, review and evaluate documents issued by the BOD
- Research, warn, analyze legal risks and propose solutions regarding the company’s activities to the BOD
- Update and disseminate documents, policies and regimes of the State related to business activities of Company
- Handle and support the application for necessary licenses, permits, approvals (especially in corporate licenses, promotion, advertisement licenses,…)
- Draft, review the Company's internal management documents to ensure compliance with law, Company’s documentary format and issuance procedure
- Support the HR department with legal employment matters
- Other duties as requirements of the BOD
