• Update and catch up on market trends/competitors and business characteristics of online channels to plan appropriate business development, increase customer experience, balance between channels, and delegate tasks to team members.
• Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage a team to push sales
• Develop short, mid, and long-term strategies by analyzing internal/ external resources to achieve the business objectives.
• Build up the Sales Ecommerce team by training and hiring to achieve the best value for the company
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to evaluate the efficiency of the marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate the marketing budget
• Cooperate with other departments for the smooth running of sales operations, such as inventory management and ordering, and new product deployment.
• Tracking, prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month, and quarter.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the senior leader/ manager.
• Build strong relationships with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon,...)
• Plan and implement to develop the brand and image of the Company to increase customer recognition on e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and implement sales activities to optimize profit and revenue for the Campaign and Daily days.
• Development orientation of the E-commerce Team in the short term and long term.

Requirement:

• University bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
• At least 2 years of leading an e-commerce team of 3- 4 executive members
• Excellent at creating and adhering to business plans
• Understand the characteristics of platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, Amazon, Web,...)
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Have the ability to process data/analysis business/ problem by metrics-driven
• Have the ability to train and human development
• Have creativity, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
