Job Responsibilities
Dealers’ Sales out support:
Display corners: Work with Dealers/Sales to review performance/ image of stores and based on budget to support and promote display/corner/Company image/ branding at stores.
POSM in stores: Work with related Departments to coordinate and support POSM for New items, seasonal items, how to display and sell at store.
Work closely with Design Team to make POSM and check content POSM before getting approval from Senior Management.
 Work with Vendors to print POSM, produce gift, produce physical Display/Wall.
Control and ensure that POSMs will be delivered to all stores on time.
Sales out and competitors: Survey market, sample display checking & competitors (Weekly/ Monthly) reports.
Training: Work and coordinate with Training team to create the content of training for products to delivery training in small – medium size for Dealers or in stores.

Direct Store (Brand shop) Monitoring:
Work/ manage Direct retail store (Brand shop): Create and propose many creative and effective storewide campaigns. Build Monthly promotion theme/scheme, offline activities to push Sales & traffic at stores.
Based on the Monthly sales out and scheme, design the POSM, banner, Hanging, to make sure the Store image up to date.
Work closely with Store Manager to make sure the image of Stores professionally and branding acknowledgement.

Others:
Events supporting.
Certificate review and issuing to Dealers.
PIS products monitoring constantly and timely.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirement
Having at least 1-2 years in Trade Marketing
 Hard working, dynamic and driven, team player with disciplined working habits.
 Attention to details and able to work under pressure
“Can do” attitude and discipline in meeting deadlines
Have knowledge in Retail Industry is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
