Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications (If necessary)
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Calculate and process the monthly payroll/incentive payment on time and accuracy.
Create labor books and manage arising legal issues.
Be in charge daily C&B operations of team: data management, leave record, labor contract, personal income tax, social and healthcare insurance...Ensure that they are accuracy, meet timeline commitment, compliance with law and company policies.
Observe employee satisfaction levels and maintain a positive, healthy culture within the company.
Other tasks will be assigned when required.At least three year of human resource management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnameses and English.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWorking in young, dynamic and friendly environment;
Working in multi cultural environment internally and externally (global clients & partners)
