RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic thinking that can crack the briefs in creative, effective provocative ways.
Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns.
Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
Have a strong understanding of art directions and visual hierarchy that reflects the desired mood and tone that goes beyond just the trendiness of a style.
Ideate and generate creative concepts that successfully express a brand’s proposition, and engage target audiences.
Collaborate with managers, designers, writers, other marketing team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objectives and audiences.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
Responsible for all brainstorming sessions, pre-production meetings for projects including photoshoots, video editing, broadcast, and fulfillment.
Ability to coordinate creative activities and advise clients about the best direction to take.
Ability to manage creative projects in terms of art direction, ensuring ideas and visuals remain at the highest quality possible.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Junior Art Director.
A well-rounded portfolio of diversified clients, demonstrates a strong understanding of client objectives.
Solid understanding of digital platform creation and digital storytelling.
Solid understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and proficiency in the use of graphic design’s software is advantage.
Ability to present creative work internally and to clients.
Ability to collect and interpret feedback.
A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts.
Ability to motivate and inspire top performance against assigned projects.
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
Must understand design in multiple mediums - print, digital, mobile.
Ability to produce and supervise outstanding art creation and design processes that will enhancecommunication.
Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
