RESPONSIBITIES
Gather business and system requirements from clients
Assist client to define requirements, suggest ideas and provide solutions
Communicate with clients to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements
Document the project operations.
Design application mockup/wireframe using prototyping tools and model the requirements by using charting tools
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to understand Client requirements and working with UI/UX team.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, processes, and teams
Testing and optimize the product before releasing it
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
At least 1 years of experience using in BA field.
Must be good at English (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Good analytical skills
Strong business process modelling skill
Experience in drawing wireframe/mockup, using wireframing tools.
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and teamwork as well, self-learning and work under pressure
Organizing and time management
