Salvia is a Singapore-based tech startup that connects millions of users worldwide with expert advisors on topics like love, relationships, psychology, family, and careers. Specializing in Astrology, Horoscope, Spirituality, and Tarot, our advisors offer accurate, insightful guidance to users globally through our app, which allows instant chat or call consultations.

With a strong presence in the US, Latin America, Europe, Japan, and Taiwan, we are now expanding into the Korean market. We are looking for a Korean-speaking team member to help us grow our community of expert advisors in Korea and bring localized, high-quality services to Korean users.

At Salvia, we are a small and agile team with big ambitions. We’re looking for someone with a customer-first mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the flexibility and courage to build and grow new products from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

● Find, contact, and hire advisors/consultants in the field of Astrology, Horoscope, Spiritual or Emotional guidance, etc. in Korea
● Support onboarding, account setup, and training for Korean advisors
● Operate and maintain consultant accounts to ensure smooth performance
● Monitor advisor availability and service quality on the app
● Create reports and develop action plans to grow the Korean advisor team

Job Requirements

● University graduate
● At least 1 year of working experience in any of the following fields: Recruitment, HR, Sales, Business Development, or other relevant roles
● Proficient in Korean (TOPIK level 5 or above preferred)
● Feel at ease when communicating in English
● Organized, proactive, and results-driven, with problem-solving abilities
● Located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What We Offer

● Salary: 15.000.000 – 30.000.000 VND/month (negotiable based on experience and skillset)
● Full-salary during probation, Full SMUI, another allowance
● Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
