The Opportunity

Our company provides world-class education for executives and leadership teams, aiming to become the "Netflix for learning and development" with a target of 10 million users in the next decade. We offer unique content through live virtual events and a subscription-based leadership library to help businesses upskill their teams. We are seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer with a strong background in software quality assurance. The role involves designing and executing test plans and collaborating with business stakeholders and the Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
• Execute manual and automated tests on web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Continuously improve and optimize automated testing processes.
  
  
  

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
