We’re looking for a curious and proactive IT Support Intern to join our team. If you’re excited about technology, love solving problems, and want to learn how IT keeps a fast-moving tech company running smoothly, this is your chance to dive in!
This internship would require a 6-months full-time commitment minimally (open to 9/12 months duration).

Your Adventure Ahead
- Support daily IT operations and act as the first point of contact for employee tech issues.
- Assist in setting up laptops, user accounts, and access for new joiners — making sure they’re ready to hit the ground running.
- Help maintain IT devices, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
- Keep the IT inventory organized and up to date.
- Support employee offboarding by helping collect devices and manage account deactivation securely.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal IT processes and enhance user experience.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Eager to learn and gain real-world exposure to IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.
- Strong attention to detail, with a sense of integrity and confidentiality when handling business or personal data.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude — you’re ready to help colleagues and learn from every challenge.
- Previous experience with IT support or service desk tasks (through school projects or internships) is a plus.
