1. Compensation & benefit
- Responsible for entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time
- Monitor works of SI/HI/UI.
- Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees
- Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Tax Department and internal report system
- Writing and improving labor contracts of all types for our team members
- Take charge and ensure proper implementation and filing of personal income tax (PIT) in compliant to the local legislation on tax for all employees. Process relevant documentations for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization. Solve related issues and participate in other tasks regarding PIT.
- Update and ensure all changes (termination, transfer/promotion, new compensation rate, contract, etc.) within the payroll circle on time or/and proper settlement on final payment or adhoc transactions.
- Participate in internal & external audits, C&B survey as well as direct liaise with related authorities for any request feedback.
2. HR Compliance
- Maintain and support on the implementation of policies, procedures in compliance with Company, legal requirements & guideline.
- Prepare and ensure all related reports to authorities, country & region are on time & accuracy.
- Ensure all the related human resources paper on the good manner.
3.Recruitment
- Plan and arrange the interview with potential candidates and carry out all administration of applications through the entire recruitment process.
Manage onboarding process for new joiner which is included but not limited on the initiative & creative way/approach to make it better.
4. Employee relation
- Plan and implement internal events
- In charge of company announcement and notice
- Administer exit procedure including resignation letter, handover checklist, termination agreement, final payment
- Answer inquiries from employees regarding company's policy and HR procedure
- Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance
5. Training
- Assist on training plan & execution
- Coordinate with outside providers on the resources and other business on the learning.
6. Other related duties as assigned
Perform other related duties as assigned by HR Manager
