1.LDS Renewal Project - Construction
Review & Calculate drawing and BOQ (40%)
Construction Management works: Compare and review the as-built drawing and the construction drawing for approval; Manage construction schedule; Monitoring the construction process; Manage contractor payments (20%)
Negotiate to set the final cost in Construction (15%)
Manage delivery schedule (5%)
2.Other supporting tasks relating to Construction support as assigned (20%)1.Basic Requirement:
Has Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior or Construction
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Interior Design and Design Management
(e.g. interior design firm related to Commercial/Hospitality is a plus, construction or development company)
Good at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to identify and read Design documentations and specification
Ability of communicating English in working environment
Be able to work night shift and rotating shifts if required
A team player & builder, a motivator & self-starter
2.Other Requirements (If any, it is a plus)
Experiences in Commercial Project Development, Hospitality is a plus
Excellent in AutoCAD, Photoshop skills; Sketchup, 3Ds max is plus
Work experiences in Management of Design and Construction phases of large-scale Commercial building, Mixed-use Facilities, Hospitality projects is a plus
Strong understanding of Vietnam and international interior design style is a plusAttractive salary package and open to negotiate (Negotiate)
