- Assists in drawing up the Sales plan annually with the Director of Business Development.
- Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
- Manages Sales rank and file system.
- Collects and follows up on Sales weekly, monthly sales call plan to be submit to Director of Business Development.
- Records the statistics of Sales manpower.
- Submits production reports on for Director of Business Development for monthly operation report.
- Makes sure that working station is well managed, neat and tidy with managed rank and file.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills both in English and Vietnamese.
