You Are:

You are a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for embedded memory products. You possess a strong background in electronics or microelectronics, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. With your expertise in programming and test automation, you are adept at developing and implementing structured testing processes that ensure the highest quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement structured testing processes and advocate for realistic project timelines.
• Build and maintain quality environments based on technology data from central sources.
• Define QA checklists, standards, and procedures for effective validation.
• Automate QA workflows using Python, Tcl, or Perl scripting.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and metrics to senior management.
• Oversee the entire QA, audit, packaging, and manage the QA-to-release lifecycle.
• Work with EDA tools (simulators and verification tools) for testing and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve Synopsys QA processes.
• Explore new views and flows across different technologies and implement them in the development environment.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies to enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience (or an advanced degree).
• Programming skills in Python, Tcl, or Perl for test automation.
• Familiarity with LVS/DRC flows, layout design rules, and semiconductor device structures (preferred).
• Experience with tool/runset development/support is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of microelectronics and UNIX operating systems.
