  • Take ownership in implementing effective BTL/Channel execution activity/ ATL campaign... to meet sales and brand objectives.
  • Be a part of performing research and developing effective brand-building strategies
  • Work close with key stage-holder to align on action and project execution

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop brand activity based on in-depth brand and consumer understanding
  • Develop channel plan, source of growth and clear picture of succes on yearly basic
  • Ensure excellent execution of plans from ATL to BTL and channels... to deliver campaigns’ objectives/KPIs through leading and engaging different stakeholders including agencies, sales and channel marketing teams
  • Assist in development and execution of brand innovation projects
  • Assist in strategic development of the brand (long-term positioning and strategy, digital strategy and communication)
  • Manage stage-holder to execute project on time in full with good alignment and collaboration mind-set
  • Brand budget & P&L management

What We’re Looking For

  • University Degree
  • 4+ years marketing experience is required.
  • Experience in brand management including the development and execution of media strategy, innovation and creative ideation process.
  • A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions at FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated strength in marketing competence with focus on Brand Planning, Brand Strategy, Communication and Media Management.
  • Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skills
  • Achievement driven personality with ability to work in conditions which include multiple priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints
  • Pro-activity and passion to brand marketing.
  • Ability to influence across and up within the organization
  • Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Willing for frequent business travel
  • Showing good stage-holder management skill set
  • Having ON channel experience is a plus
