Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Planning & Coordination:

- Track material plans and project progress to ensure timely availability of materials according to production schedules.

- Monitor the status of material orders and deliveries.

- Update material information and statuses in the management systems (Procurement Plan, Project Material Plan, and Master File).

- Hold regular material planning meetings with Coordinators and document meeting outcomes (MoMs).

- Coordinate with Project and Vard Interior teams to collect and follow up on material requirements.

- Communicate proactively with the warehouse team regarding the material usage plan.

- Report critical materials to superiors.

2. BOM & Documentation Control:

- Calculate and verify the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure correct material quantities and types as per design and production needs.

- Check and compare Purchase Orders (POs), Packing Lists, and other delivery documents with BOM requirements.

- Report any discrepancies or issues with material deliveries or documents.

- Maintain and organize all material-related documents including Material Requests, Quotations, POs, BOMs, Certificates, MDS & SDS.

3. Monitoring & Forecasting:

- Monitor material usage status for each project and identify any variances from the BOM.

- Review consumption of consumable materials and forecast future demand to support procurement planning aligned with ship delivery schedules.

- Assist in quarterly project material reports, import/export support, and inventory monitoring.

4. Drawing & Document Handling:

- Control and organize drawings and related documentation for material preparation and verification.

Qualifications:

· Education: Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

· Experience: Prior experience in material control, warehouse, or procurement is an advantage.

· Skills & Competencies:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).

o Experience with IFS or other ERP software is a strong advantage.

o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

o Strong numerical and verification skills with attention to detail.

o Logical thinking and systematic working style.

o Basic English communication skills (speaking and writing).
