• Responsible for developing and implementing nationwide retail channel business strategies.

• Plan and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand the market, and develop the retail store chain system.

• Manage and supervise the operations of retail stores, ensuring sales targets and business objectives are met.

• Develop and manage relationships with partners, customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Directly manage and care for the company's ultra-VIP customer group.

• Build and manage the retail team, train and develop the capabilities of retail management staff.

• Monitor and analyze business metrics to make appropriate strategic decisions.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Sommelier, Logistics, Accounting, and Human Resources ...to ensure smooth retail chain operations.

• Report directly to the leadership team on business performance, growth indicators, and development plans.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• The position is open to both Vietnamese and foreign candidates. We prefer candidates with knowledge of wine.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and industry.

• In-depth understanding of chain business models.

• Market-savvy, deep understanding of consumer trends; excellent service mindset, and VIP customer care skills.

• Strong target management skills. Ability to lead and inspire employees.

• Capable of strategic planning and financial management.

• Proficient in English and willing to work in various locations across the country as required by the job.
