Job Title: Accounting staffDepartment: Accounting /FinanceReports To: Ms Nguyen Thi Cam VanFLSA Status: (completed by ACC/FIN)ABOUT THE POSITION:Overview:A General accountant is a member who control and calculate cost for project, record costs and follow the result of each project.The overall understanding of project with purpose, goals and objectives is necessary.Key Responsibilities:- Cost of product calculation, analysis and propose improve solution.- Control financial performance, capital expenditure of the project.- Verify accounting voucher, ensure proper document are enclosed in compliance with regulation and company policy.- Support to develop policies and procedures relevant to Finance & Accounting Department.- Assist Finance Manager in closing monthly/yearly report.- Other works and assignments upon request by management.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Experience :- 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting at FDI company, prefer EPE type Skills/personal qualifications :- Experience with SAP accounting software- Deep knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes- Superb time management skills and detail orientation- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills- Excellent communication skills- Experience in Costing, controlling capital expenditure (Capex), Budget is a plus.- English is a must.Education and Certifications:- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field (essential).PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
