1.Recruitment Search candidates, conduct interviews, get approval for hiring, and offer to applicants; Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data; Manage the offer letter, probation contract. 2.Compensation and Benefit Solve a kind of social insurance documents/policies for staff; Ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll; Manage the labor contract, renew contract. Make PIT declaration, PIT finalization, labor report, and internal report periodically; Update changes of labor laws, and employment conditions to the internal policies; Provide support for cyclical HR programs such as the annual performance appraisal, healthy check, and other programs as needed; Advice and communicate with staff with regard to company policy, benefit programs, and company processes; Be responsive to employees' complaints, and handle employee relations; Meeting and working with local authorities, relevant agencies: SI Dept, Labor Dept, Union Dept... 3.Administration: Expats support: in charge of preparing all needed documents for visa/ work permit/ TRC applying dossier Assist colleagues whenever necessary; Organize Company events and internal activities to enhance employee engagement; Other tasks assigned by superior.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related qualification. Good knowledge of Labor Law; Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar roles in General HR; Advanced interpersonal skills and strong ability to build a relationship, trust, and influence. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills; Fluent in English both verbal and written. Proficiency in written and spoken English, as you will need to communicate directly with management; Strong stakeholder management and task management skills.Well organized, detailed, and able to work independently. Pleasant personality, self-driven, and working under pressure; Good interpersonal skills, as you will need to work with the teams; Working time: 8AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday) 8AM - 1PM (Saturday) Proficiency in Ms Word And Excel; Because English proficiency is strictly required for these positions, we expect that all applications and communications must be in English.
