- Manage and control the entire accounting and admin team in Ho Chi Minh Branch - Manage and do necessary task in accounting team to finalize monthly report and other report on time as BOD's request - Recheck and control accounting data for Ho Chi Minh Branch and give the necessary instruction to all accounting member - Work closely with auditor (independent auditor and internal auditor) about financial report and accounting data - Ensure all report submit to tax office, government timely - Ensure all necessary documents is created and stored in company - Work collaboratively with other teams about all issue related to accounting. - Update Vietnamese accounting law and consult to BOD about tax policy - Control some admin task- Bachelor's degree in relevant field. - Communicate in English (listening, speaking, writing) - Have experience in Logistics company is an advantage - Skill: time management skill, Leadership, work independently and team work. - Carefulness, details oriented, honest & compliance- Salary depends on experience and ability of candidate - Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance follow Vietnamese Law - Stable, international and friendly working environment - Teambuilding with company yearly
