Position Summary

• Manage filing systems and office correspondence
• Distribute mail and order/track supplies
• Handle phone inquiries and maintain employee records
• Assist job applicants and respond to employee/management questions
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally
• Collaborate with the team and perform other reasonable duties

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• No supervisory experience is required
