Job Summary:

The Full Controller for Accounting Books of Evolution – Hong Kong branch is responsible for overseeing the accounting books, ensuring the timely payment and receipt processing, and managing financial reporting. This role leads the AR and AP teams, controls and audits ERP system data, and works closely with internal departments and external auditors to maintain financial accuracy and support leadership in budgeting and reporting processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full control and maintenance of Accounting Books for Evolution's Hong Kong branch
• Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to ensure timely payments and receipts
• Monthly reconciliation with suppliers and customers.
• Prepare essential financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Cash Flow reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely booking of expenditures.
• Control and audit all data in the ERP system to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors for the yearly Financial Audit Report.
• Assist leadership in the preparation and completion of the annual budget.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports, including AR Aging, AP Aging, Inventory reconciliation, Cost of Goods report, and Profit & Loss analysis with major expense trends.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Expertise in preparing financial reports such as P&L and Cash Flow
• Ability to control and audit data in ERP systems.
• Experience:  5 years of progressive responsibility in accounting and finance fields, including increasing team management; audit preparation and management; experience in a multi-national import/export environment is preferred.
• Leadership and team management, time management, communication skills and the ability to convey accounting concepts to non-accountants.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and their application to Vietnam standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to discuss technical accounting in English.
• MS Office skills, familiarity with accounting / ERP software.
