1. Main Duties of Job:

For the company's fast growth purpose, we are looking for Talent Acquisitions ready to join our HR Team in the HCMC Office. At the middle level, we expect you can commit to a long-term companion and confidently take on these responsibilities:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
- Schedule phone interviews, candidate tests and feedback for applicants
- Build and maintain candidate talent pools
- Planning and Building talent pipelines for future opportunities across all disciplines for our Business
- Work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand technical skill requirements and organizational culture
- Track and review recruitment data to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve the hiring process
- Actively participate and support HR - Back Office tasks with a collaborative and eager-to-learn attitude to achieve shared goals
- Other tasks assigned by the line Manager
2. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- A minimum of 2 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and tools
- Excellent sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other technical recruitment tools
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Self-Motivated individual
- Good written and verbal English language skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
3. Report Line: HR Lead
