Responsible for handling import and export procedures and documents;
Experience in using electronic customs declaration software (E-CUS, VNACCS/VCIS)
Prepare necessary procedures and documents for import and export activities (contract, invoice, bill of lading, application for C/O, application for product quality registration, chemical declaration, fumigation .. );
Responsible for all import and export processes such as making customs documents, arranging container loading and unloading schedules...;
Deal with and liaise with suppliers and customers regarding shipping and delivery schedules;
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and reporting;
