Hiring: Administration Support

• Location: Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary range: 15 million – 20 million VND

• Follow and improve established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to an office, business unit, department, or other organizational group.
• Manage and coordinate administrative activities with other departmental functions.
• Provide specific business-related organizational and administrative support within the company/function.
• Communicate with the end-user and business partner on behalf of and together with the Account Manager.
• Process and follow up on sales orders to meet account demand until delivery is completed.
• Check the appearance, quantity, and label of goods before delivery.
• Understand company documentation rules and advanced business procedures between internal and external customers.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and other related documents for project sales.
• Support the Finance & Admin team in:
• Working with forwarders for goods receipt/delivery.
• Handling customs declaration for EPZ customers.
• Managing local stock.
• Other assigned tasks (cleaning services, stationeries, utilities control, etc.).

• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• English: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and filing skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Personality: harmonious, careful, honest.
• Prefer candidates who can start working immediately.
