We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking Business Development Associate who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue business users through different sources, including field sales and online leads.
- Establish strong working relationships with new clients, guide them through the onboarding process, and provide ongoing support to maximize revenue.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to optimize commercial activities and ensure product localization.
- Lead negotiations with local corporate clients to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that promote sustainable growth.
- Perform retention strategies with corporate clients for the first 3-months during the nurturing period.
- Be responsible for KPIs of personal revenue of business user deals and supporting metrics (1st time orders; new leads generated from various sources).
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures for corporate client acquisition activities.
- Serve as the face o Lalamove when engaging local corporate clients to promote our services and values.
- Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Work location: 13th Floor, Han Viet Tower, 203 Minh Khai Street, Minh Khai Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

- Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects.
- At least 1 year solid experience in business development/ telesales/ field sales in the FMCG, logistics, maritime, electronics, or tech startup industries.
- Outstanding presentation & communications skills.
- Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility.
- Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable.
