- Ensuring the smooth operation and proper administration of the departments.
- Handling complaints and emergencies, reporting to superior immediately.
- Cultivating and maintaining a close relationship.
- Assisting Security Department any hotel’s security circumstances.
- Participating in the activities of the Front Office personnel whenever necessary.
- Ensuring requests from guests are duly accorded.
- Ensuring all reports and log book entries are followed up.
- Conducting daily briefing.
- Cooperating with Security for checking guest rooms whenever necessary.
- Conducting training for new staff and identifying areas of weakness.
- Checking all mail, fax and letters are promptly delivered.
- Maintaining tidy and neat working areas.
- Checking on grooming standard of all Front Office staff during hours of duty.
- Making rational decisions, bearing in mind the company's policies and procedures in circumstances where there is an incident in the hotel.
- Performing any other duty required by guests Front Office Management.
