· Ensure flawless execution of logistics activities to achieve customer satisfaction at high service levels while optimizing costs.

· Develop and implement logistics strategy for warehousing, loading bay, resources, and material handling.

· Manage site warehousing operations (inbound, outbound, custody, inventory management, scrap sale) including SOP/WI creation, set up productivities, training, cost drivers, and continuous improvement.

· Manage site transportation: daily planning, booking, third-party transportation, transporter performance, legal & compliance, SHE requirements, and balancing WH capacity constraints.

· Control budgets for site logistics (PR/PO, WH & transport costs) and deliver cost efficiency (FDC, VDC, TDC savings).

· Lead, coach, and develop logistics teams (20+ members) to ensure operational effectiveness, succession planning, and people development.

· Collaborate with factory and cross-functional departments for smooth operations.

· Ensure compliance with SHE, Quality, CARE, NGMP, 5S, BBSHE, and NCE practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/ Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, with strong expertise in warehouse and transportation management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse operations (inbound/outbound ≥ 30–40 trucks/day).
• Experience leading and developing teams of 20+ employees in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Strong planning skills in demand, production, warehouse, inventory, loading, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with vendors, contractors, vehicles, forklifts, RTM, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of transportation networks, especially routes from Central Vietnam to the Mekong region.
• Familiarity with various transport service providers and market practices.
• Commitment to honesty, transparency, integrity, safety, and quality compliance.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
