Role Summary:

GFT Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically focusing on Power Apps, Power Platform, Azure WebApp integration, and API knowledge. This role is critical for supporting our client's CRM needs and ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Utilize Power Apps and Power Platform to build and customize applications that meet business requirements.
• Integrate Azure WebApps with Dynamics 365 to ensure smooth data flow and functionality.
• Develop and manage APIs to support various integrations within the CRM environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency: Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Platform, Azure WebApp integration, and API development.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex CRM issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based CRM deployments.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
• Experience in banking or financial services domains.
