• Searching and developing potential customers: Researching the market, finding new customers and building a list of target customers.

• Consulting and introducing products/services: Understanding customer needs, consulting and providing optimal solutions with the company's products/services.

• Planning and implementing sales strategies: Making detailed business plans to achieve sales targets, promoting sales marketing programs.

• Caring for and maintaining customer relationships: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the products/services.

• Coordination: Coordinate closely with professional departments, ensuring consulting and providing customers with the most reasonable/best service based on the company's available services and expanded services; Update the status of goods and information to customers regularly and promptly or resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions if any.

• Negotiating and signing contracts: Negotiate contract terms, complete procedures and sign contracts with customers.

• Monitor and urge debt collection : Monitor and coordinate with the accounting department to urge and collect the company's debts.

• Monitor and report work results: Update revenue status, and report weekly/monthly sales results to superiors.

II/ QUALIFICATION AND SKILL :

• Graduated from college, or university in related majors (Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.).

• Have at least 05 years of experience in business, and sales in the logistics industry (Specifically Forwarding or Warehousing)

• Good communication and persuasion skills and ability to work independently.

• Dynamic, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.

• Able to plan, organize work effectively, and manage time well.

• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Foreign language proficiency: Good specialized English, good communication
