Regulatory Compliance:
- Identify legal and compliance risk areas, analyse key legal and compliance implications and autonomously devise functional plan for business adoption to ensure compliant and smooth operation.
- Provide advice or solution for any compliance-related matter or inquiry received from all staffs of the Branch.
- Maintain the awareness & understanding by all staff of local rules & regulation with due attention on AML/TF by (i) Regular legal update and analysis, (ii) Quickly report to the Branch's Management & dissemination to all staff, (iii) Referring to market practice, and (iv) Training both at-hoc and on regular basis.

General Compliance:
- Establish and promote the Compliance Action Program ("CAP"), Intra-Office Inspection Program ("IOIP") and Information Control Action Program ("ICAP") for the Branch.
- Monitor the implementation of items registered in CAP, IOIP and ICAP.
- Control any compliance issues within the Branch and timely report to the Management.

Others:
- Develop initiatives / proposals to better improve the Branch's operations.
- Participate in the process of developing (i) new products / services for the Branch, and (ii) operational rules / procedures for the Branch.
- Manage and develop subordinates by establishing individual annual development plans, and ensure that adequate training and coaching is implemented to grow subordinates.
- Other ad-hoc works as assigned by the Management of the Branch from time to time.
