We are looking for the talent for Engineering department who are able to work with the team and are willing to learn.
What will you do
1. Lead to development process to setup new production line, launching new product.
o Design process, workflow, PFMEA for product.
o Co-operate with machine, tooling engineer to review machine, jig tool design.
o Co-operate with machine engineer to do trial process for new machine, jig tool, set up transfer line...
o Build detail requirement & co-operate with outside supplier to design machine jig, tool for new product
o Build operation instructions for production line, machine setting condition document
o Mass trial run & mass production machine readiness preparation. Continue follow up the production feedback after MP running.
o Apply ECN to machine design
o Study, research new technology to apply to production machine, equipment
2. Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical due to machine, jig tool assembly on production line during the trial & pre-MP phase
o Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment, machine
o Diagnose, analyse for trouble, error arising on production line
o Act for customer claim related to production process
3. Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost
o Co-operate with machine engineer, production & quality team to improve capability, ability & performance of current MP equipment, machine, line
o New product process design feedback to solve current chronic issue (quality & productivity) related process
4. Support to supplier to solve issue during setup or trial new process
5. Perform other related duties as assigned by management1. At least 3 years experiences in similar position
2. Work experience in manufacture company or machine, automation design (work at position like: Production engineer, Automation engineer, machine design engineer) who experience design jig, tool, production line, automation machine or robot
3. Be able to read technical drawings
4. Good knowledge at manufacturing processes, be able to use CAD (NX, ...)
5. Can speak English (can speak Japanese is advantage)
